Sensing Leadership is owned and operated by Elisebeth "E.V." VanderWeil, Ph.D. Dr. VanderWeil received her doctorate in leadership studies from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington. She has researched, taught, and presented on diversity issues, transformational adult learning, engaging with fear, and radical acceptance in the U.S. and Canada. Her awareness and appreciation for how emotions form and inform both thoughts and actions has drawn her to seek ways to develop opportunities for individuals and groups to courageously engage with the "shadows" of working through change.
